Your information
Your story stays yours.
Here is how the online profile and enquiry form use your information.
Your discovery answers
Your Songsheet stays in this browser tab’s session storage until you choose to save and share it with SX. It may remain on reload, but is not available across devices and may be lost when the tab closes.
When you choose Save & share, add your email and consent, SongbirdX stores your email, answers and progress on its server to discuss your next steps. Once saved, later edits update as you continue. Permission to use your Songsheet for opportunity matching is separate and optional. Your browser uses a secure session cookie to return to it. Your private return link also grants access: keep it private. Saved Songsheets expire 30 days after their last update.
Use “Delete saved profile” in discovery to delete the server copy and clear the temporary profile in this browser. Deleting a profile does not delete an enquiry you have separately submitted.
When you contact us
Your name, email and message are stored so SongbirdX can review and respond. If you request a show-and-tell call, we also store your phone number, preferred call time, Storyline, Learning to fly reflection, Flight Path and any Songsheet details included in your recap. Discovery profiles are already available to SongbirdX; you do not need to submit a separate enquiry.
We do not add you to a marketing list through these forms. To request access to or deletion of an enquiry, email hello@songbirdx.com.
Cookies and infrastructure
Saved profiles use a necessary, secure cookie. The site is hosted on Cloudflare through Sites; these providers process data to operate the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The discovery pages ask search engines not to index them, but that alone is not access protection; saved answers require your private link or browser cookie.
Only share what is needed
Please leave out confidential customer data and sensitive personal details. General descriptions of your situation are enough.
