What is separate?
Domain purchase, company registration, advertising, transaction and external provider fees, substantial custom work, manufacturing, tooling, stock and freight.
If you’re building a physical product, we can scope supplier research and coordination with you. Physical production has its own budget.
Know the terms before joining.
Before you commit, we agree the scope, usage allowances, support, asset rights, external costs and cancellation arrangements with you. Any cofounding or investment agreement is separate.
