We explore up to three possible opportunities with you, or review the idea you bring with AI-assisted concierge support. Together, we identify what looks promising and what we still need to learn.

We work through the SX Business Canvas with you: desirability, durability, profitability, fit and feasibility. Together, we define your customer, offer, brand direction and potential for expansion.

Your company and agent workforce
We agree the scope and membership with you before we build. Then we bring your brand, website, tools and workflows together, rehearse delivery and make sure we each know our responsibilities.

We support you through launch and delivery, with weekly cohort standups and quarterly advisor reviews. At week 12, we review your brand and business with you. You can request Investment Council feedback when useful; investment is not guaranteed.
